Le Trousseau

The description of the pinot by @Alexandre Pagliano also captures the trousseau perfectly. These are wines that do not scream look at me but when you taste them you never want them to leave.

Full and dense compared to other trousseau.. especially without any Pinot Noir in the blend ... tart red and purple fruit, some incense on the nose and herbal throughout. This Jura can age!

Consistent with prior bottles, truly excellent and elegant wine.
