Coop and I splurged on this ($25) at Jeff’s shop after a long discussion about Rhône wines and wanting to learn more. We thoroughly enjoyed it with an antipasto-style dinner. Nose: pine shavings, raspberry jam, dried cherries, tar, earth. Taste: multilayered, medium to full, cherry, leather, tobacco, charcoal. Delish and we drank it while watching Somm: into the bottle
