Jul 9th, 2020800 cases made. Pale yellow white, very good clarity. Intense floral nose. Crisp, floral citrus flavors, fruity but dry finish with lemon peel and grapefruit pith flavors. Mild fine grained skin astringency. Possibly some lees contact character in finish but it’s at threshold level for me.
