Much richer than in previous vintages. Still great acidity, but more of the stewed fruit flavor from zin than the bright tart fruit. Great all the same. This may please more people but upset the natural wine people.

Unfortunately did not care for this. Chocolate and cherries, rich, felt off-dry. Maybe I don’t care about big reds like zin and can’t see the forest for the trees, but this felt off-dry and flabby.
