Crispy and rocky...bone-dry Chenin with acid firing on all cylinders...lime pith and lemon peel...no discernible wood... this wine held its own with an amazing display of nouveau Israeli cuisine...must have—cabbage rolls stuffed with ground lamb smothered with spicy tomato.,,great choice for pairing with a table full of herbs and veg

Aug 27th, 2019Chenin Blanc is Broc Cellars’ best race horse - both sparkling and still versions. The 2017 is hazy, unfiltered, and is significantly more pronounced (than the sparkling) with bruised and baked fruits of all kinds.
Roasted pineapple, grilled peaches, and caramelized lemon wedges. Terrific.
