Racy acid, nice white pepper, good tannins on the finish. Fruit is more red than blue/black, this wine has a lot of time left!

The winemaker brought the wine and spent the entire lunch apologizing because it was ONLY 15 years old. Robert vowed to one day make a wine where he felt he would have to apologize because it was only 15 years old. This is that wine. Profound.

"Hulk Smash!" is all I can think of. A hulking wine, but I like its olivey, white peppery, cassis-y, inky-ness. #tastingnoteofthecentury
