24H Update:
Nose has cold brioche, cold green apple slice, rock sugar and limestone cave. Palate has honey drizzle over fresh croissant, dried lemon and dehydrated tart green apple slice. Bubbles are fine but still present.

Gorgeous. Bready, brioche, so complex, sick nose. Huge berry nose. Tree bark. Texture, juicy, clean, berry and cherry fruit. No formal notes really as I’m hanging out.
