Had this bottle on a cold winter night paired it with some rustic beef stew and pasta. Its pretty well balanced, strong minerality, some fruity notes. It had a medium body, great tannin balance, easy acidity and a slight sweet after test but definitely on the dry end. It paired great with my rustic beef stew and pasta. I definitely would have it gain.
