Never had anything like this one. There is kefir lime, elderflowers galore, literally like biting a stem of a flower you just picked. There’s Brett, oak, an amazing amount of earth and flowers. Bitter/sour finish. Growing on me as it opens. Not sure I’d ever go for this one again but it is interesting. 28 May 2020.
