This wine is a great bargain and also shows how Bouchard has ramped up their quality in recent years. Pale lemon color with pronounced aromas of acacia, lemon, green apple, pear, wet stone, vanilla, clove, smoke, and a bit of honey. All is conveyed on the palate as well with a beguiling, creamy texture and a long finish. This is a lovely wine that is approachable now but will improve for another five or 10 years. Lovely.

Palate has oxidized green apple peel, grapefruit pith, minor vanilla, dried apple slices, green herbs with minor salinity, medium acidity and medium finish. (Agree with Tanzer comments about being blurry on mid-palate.)
Decanted 2H.

Meyer lemon, chalk, wet flint on the nose.....great balance of acid and alcohol.....very enjoyable on mid palate with a pretty quick finish......
