Borgo del Tiglio (Nicola Manferrari)
Collio Sauvignon
2011 vintage—still showing beautifully. Just a slight oxidative bit but impressive how fresh it still is! Roast Chicken enjoy it too;)

Feb 8th, 2022Seems to hold back. Some hints of kiwi, melon and pear. Mineral, crisp and lean mouthfeel. No apparent flaws, just slightly forgettable....
Usually this producer doesn't fail to impress. Ah well.

Restrained. Wouldn't peg it for a sav blanc blind. More minerally with perhaps some pear- not a lot of fruit but very good. Might have been more fruit had I drank this a few years ago?
