Top Notes For
Rhonely Boy

62% Grenache, 38% Mourvèdre, 13.5% ABV

Very henodonistic library pick to crack (100% Stelvin), peach, raspeberry notes, fine tannin, great acidity, slight toast note in the finish. Slightest of chill-room temp best. So delicious now, but allow wine to mature, allowing peach notes to condense into the lees with softer tannin... good things come to those who wait. Viva la Rhone, Buddy!

Per Winemaker - “While virtually all of the ’18 vintage Vin Gris will be consumed within a year of purchase, may there be a few smart cookies who put the wine aside for several years to see it reach its full potential (and will be enormously well rewarded for doing so).” Couldn’t agree more, would love to revisit at 10+.

Paired with planked Salmon, wild rice, and Green Beans.
