Bottle says the 2016 vintage is 100% Merlot. Lots of dried herbs coming through as well as dark chocolate covered strawberry.

These are Night 2 notes. A little smoky underbrush note accents some nice plummy fruit. Very Right Bank-like. Everything in balance in the mouth. Some cracked-stone minerality introduces the fruit. A little pepperiness in the mouth from the alcohol shows through, but it may simply be because it’s warm tonight. A bit of tannin to add some structure, but the finish is all beautifully pure and elegant Merlot fruit. Great value.

2013 vintage. Monterey County. 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. Vineyards: 85% from the organically farmed Alta Loma and 15% Rockhollow. A very fresh style, like the kind of Merlot you could expect in Colli Orientali del Friuli. Very nice food wine indeed. A bit expensive though.

Savory red nose, racy herbal tongue. Great with pork spare ribs.

Awesome QPR. Merlot that focuses on balance instead of just big fruit. Randall Graham = Consistency

I was skeptical at first with the attempted wittiness of the label, but it's a smooth and strong merlot that I really enjoyed.
