Bonny Doon Syrah cuvée Splendide 2006. It was a little tight on day one. But with air it took on both a deep color and a more weighty palate feel. The nose blossomed on day 2 with a combination of black fruits and spice from Syrah as well as a juicy red fruta from the Grencahe. A hint of eucalyptus adds complexity. Bravo!
