A recent gift from someone with whom I do business. Nice gift.

Started slow...still needed more time than a hour decant. But, really started to blossom on the second pour.

This was about as savory & herbaceous as a Napa Cabernet gets. After 19 years in bottle slightly over delivering on its RP rating.

A better Allen Brothers Ribcap wine than the 04 Cos D’ Estournel at this point & time.

Huge, like Andre the Giant Huge. Need some milk and cookies after that beast. Dark, deep Rutherford dust, empty pickle jar on the nose. Sour cherry core. The stuff is monstrous and delicious.
