California Old Vine Zinfandel

Aged this one a bit. Dense purple hue. "Legs" on inside of glass after pour- high alcohol? Cedar, blackberry, tar notes in nose with a hint of prune. Blackberry briar and tar flavors in mouth, plum and slight mint finish. Seed bitterness in aftertaste. Rich, viscous. Held up well, nice wine for the price

Spice and alcohol on the nose. Light oak. Very little chocolate in the nose but not on the mouth. Brick color very quick on the finish. Not very much fruit at all. Even at the $10 price I would not buy more

You know....for less than $10 and with cold pizza....this is pretty good stuff.

Trevligt grillvin! Mycket god Zinfandel. Känns inte så syltig som många andra Zinfandelviner kan kännas. Mycket smak av mörka körsbär. Gott!

Best Zin I have ever tasted. Perfect.

Delicious, full body and mouth feel.

For what is worth? Pretty good!
not a favorite, but if you like Red Zinfandel you won't be disappointed :) but do let it breathe, very harsh if you don't o.o
