Chardonnay/Viura White Blend. A whole lot of mineral and flint on both the nose and pallet. Wet stones and mushroom aromas as well. Tropical fruit and yellow apple flavors are in the background. A bit viscous. Medium acidity but very complex. Just a hint of oak. Much better with food. Around $10 so good value. Really opened up beautifully on the second day.
