Clear brownish ruby. Rich sweet aroma of strawberries, leather and musty wood. Very little sweetness on the tongue, light grabby tannins, gentle acid. Tastes of juicy strawberries, vanilla, tart red raspberries, and a hint of coconut on the finish. The age gives it a nice depth for drinking by itself, and the fruity acid works with food too. Nice oaky Spanish wine!

Subtle flavors. Good but not as full bodied as I like.

Quintessential Tempranillo. Lots of vanilla, cedar and leather with plenty of room for vibrant dark berries. Still dark inky purple despite its age. I have always liked well-aged expressions of Tempranillo for this exact reason.

A strong cherry and pepper lean in to a simple Tempranillo that lacks smokey notes usually common to then blend. Quick fade to floral notes.

Nah--- viscosity is all wrong for a wine of this age. Wasn't a fave of it.
