Had the 2019 in June of 2021. Had with grilled Caesar chicken salads with homemade Caesar dressing (with a little Dijon) and thought it paired well. A little pear and melon up front with some lemony tartness on the finish. Made me think of a Verdejo as I drank it. Enjoyed with this meal. I think there are better Albariños out there-but I love Sauvignon Blancs and this was similar so I enjoyed it.

1/2021. My first wine made from Albariño grapes. It was suggested as good pairing with various soft cheeses which it did but I need to taste more.

Mineral, stone fruit, lemon nose. Crisp bright acidity with a long lingering slightly salty finish.
