Mainly Garnacha. Fermented in oak but doesn’t read as such. Nice but nothing unusual.

Well my son pulled this and well I liked it but he was enjoying while studying his electrical engineering project drawings as he heads out of town Tuesday for factory automation / robotics work - so proud so I just decided to drink and smile even though he deserved better but he wanted to try this so as a dad we did and he was right - stay heathy

Pomegranate, hibiscus, and crush gravel on the nose. Very smooth & round pallate likely due to the neutral oak aging with a nice mix of fruit, pomegranate & lime zest and tertiary flavors of hazelnut & slate on the finish. Paired quite well with carnita enchiladas! [10/4/20]

Ripe peach, nectarine, citrus blossom, with a hint of chalk. Mouth feel is round and super creamy, supported by just enough acidity to finish. Peach and strawberry fruits carry through on the palate. Super solid rose. 60% Grenache, 30% Viura (white), 10% Tempranillo.
