These wines always have enough of that zippy acidity to make them fun to drink. Having said that, this is showing some reductive notes at the moment. Good minerality and underripe peach.

Crisp and really nice! Lemon citrus and green grass. Maybe a dash of Granny Smith apple? A touch floral in the middle and a dash of spice at the finish. Really interesting blend of 85% Hondarrabi zuri, 10% riesling, 5% folle blanch.

Fresh and crisp, taste of green apples and sweet peppers. A little fizzy for our taste. Better at room temp. There is an underlying earthiness and a sweetness at the finish.
