Bodega Gorosti
Flysch Getariako Txakolina
Relatively new offering marking 2011 as first vintage, however producer is a 4th generation producer in the Basque area in northern Spain (pronounced chock-oh-LEE-nah). Pale lemon with aromas of citrus and floral notes. On the palate sour green apples and lemon citrus, floral nutty spice with lively acidity. Medium(-) finish with mineral tones, not as good as some others I tasted. Txakolina is worth trying, good ones are great!
