This 2005 blueberry hill sticky was amazing. It was gold like straw and had great apricot and peach flavours before settling on the black palate where flavours of butterscotch embraced you. A great long finish in the palate. Sad to have kept this down so long. If you go to the Hunter Valley, drop in and buy a bottle!
