Delicious Chardonnay from Blue Mountain. Apple and lemony flavours and even some nice woodiness. Structure and intensity made it a great pairing with the smoke that is filling Vancouver and makes me feel like I'm camping on my balcony.

Complex and full bodied. 60% fermented and aged in French oak barrels and the remaining 40% in stainless steel. Tasting of green apple, crisp pear, lemon, nutty and spicy (nutmeg).
