Piercing lemon lime with a bracing, tart finish. I think it stood out as a nice cleanser amongst all the wines tasted today, but sipping it on its own isn’t quite the joy I’d hoped for. Still, with all that acid and citrus it might come into its own given a bit of time? And it needs food.
