2017. I was given a few minutes to find something red from the cellar to go with spaghetti and mushroom “puttanesca” (quotes are for not having anchovies) my daughter was finishing up in the kitchen. The spicy cherry and nice acidity went perfect with the earthy and salty pasta.

Jun 14th, 20222017. Very light body and color, but delicious spicy cherry berry flavors. Paired really well with a coconut madras curry tuna filet that had mustard seed, fenugreek, and roasted chilies.
