Beautiful single vintage (2006) champagne. Apple aromas and flavors with notes of vanilla brioche. The perfect amount of effervescence. Straw gold in color with balanced acidity. Creamy texture. Worth the wait! Enjoying this in Central Park near Strawberry Fields. Happy Birthday, Kase!
