I'll tell anyone who will listen to stock up on 2004 Champagne before it is gone! This bottling is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and is finished at 0 dosage. While very dry, this is not nearly as aggressive as most 0's. The super cold fermentation reveals some very pretty red fruit to go along with the high wattage minerality. With Antoine Billecart.
