Medium straw gold in the glass. Shy nose of baked quince and white pepper. Moderate acidity on the palate surrounding quince and woody spice. Best with garlicky low-budget foods. They bring out the best in each other.

Cantina Bigi Est! Est!! Est!!! Di Montefiascone Secco 2018: Light body. High acidity. Short dry finish. Citrus. Tropical fruit. Tart pear. An easy-drinking Malvasia/Trebbiano white blend from the Lazio region of Italy. All in all, the wine was simple but the night was great: Pizza, seafood and a nice beach walk under the clouds! Cheers🍷
