Decanter. A bit of reduction and wood spice which is well-handled gives this otherwise dark and freshly fruited Pinot some complexity and intrigue. Good acidity though rich, this is powerful and very young.

Nose is toasted slightly with good red and black fruit, licorice and spices as well for this very expressive nose. The wine is medium bodied with good acidity in mid palate and the tannins are present but still have good texture to them, making the medium length finish delicious. Good pinot from Oregon. 90-91

Big beautiful nose. Earthy, cherries, raspberry. Super soft tannins and subtle acidity. Medium plus body.

Straightforward but delicious and a phenomenal value. Dark cherries, plums, baking spices, and black tea. Some decent tannins on this young Pinot, but the freshness is excellent on the finish.
