California Cabernet Sauvignon

Okay, so I got this bc I wanted to give this budget wine a chance. Not to my surprise, it's not good (to me). It doesn't have much flavor, kinda taste salty?, and has the cheap alcoholic bitter aftertaste that doesn't leave. My tongue tingles :/
