Chåteau de la Selve L'audacieuse Rosé

2018 vintage. An unusual Rosé from the Ardèche, a blend of Syrah (60%) and equal parts of Grenache and Viognier, aged partly in oak (70%) and partly in amphora. Light salmon colour. Exotic nose with pineapple and a hint of fresh mint. Tastes more like a well-structured white. Concentrated fruit, present but integrated oak and good length.
