Black cherry pits, cherry liqueur, blackberry, game, white pepper, vitamins, graphite, figs, licorice, potpourri. Excellent acid/rough velvet tannin balance, medium silky body, long earthy finish. Mineral driven, excellent with smoked/grilled dishes.
