Fruit forward with light floral notes. Slightly dry for a prosecco. Green apple finish.

Lovely fresh prosecco - a touch off-dry with hints of cape gooseberries and sweet grapefruit. Preferred it to the Grand Dame last night...

Nice Italian sparkling wine. Cheap and taste good. Very easy to make a changeable cocktail with it. Especially with peach juice and fresh orange slice.
