See previous notes from 21 weeks ago. Pale yellow in colour. The acidity from that note has diminished. Aromas of Lime and Lemon zest with a hint of Kero. White florals. A light to medium weight palate. Mainly citrus notes with a little under ripe stone fruit developing. As clean as a whistle with medium minus acid. The palate had filled out the following day. In Tasmania Pinot Noir and Chardonnay get all the accolades but don’t forget about the excellent Riesling.

White florals, citrus aromas, flinty minerality. On the palate a hint of Germanic off dry sweetness - still mouth puckering acidity. Needs more time. See previous Delectable notes.
