Ripe, rich, rearing to go with Cajun seafood in New Orleans. Dark/black fruited goodness on a medium-weight mouthfeel... silky smooth with no noticeable tannins, but laudable acid/fruit balance. Reminds me of just how great Anderson Valley Pinots are with a hint of age. Great with blackened anything!
