Dark garnet purple. Inviting nose and medium full palate yield blackberry, black cranberry, and powdered blueberries with a hint of charred oak. Medium plus tannins that settle down quickly, and juicy, medium acidity shore it all up from entry to long, palate-continuing finish. Showing very well nine years on, this Walla Walla red is still an excellent classic bridge between New World fruit and Old World structure. Likely at or near its peak, though, so drink up with steaks or roots or other hearty fare.

Blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc and 14% Merlot, deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, spice and earthy notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with licorice, leather and earthy spice. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with fruit, earthy spice and some oak. Drink now and over next 5 years! Small production!

Spectator gave it a 93. It's a 10. Completely integrated with fruit, green and tannin. Love this wine. 70'something % Cabernet, Franc & Merlot. Awesome, $45 retail, great texture. Completely over delivers.

This wine is pretty damn good. Great fruit, the cab franc has really expressive cocoa notes that are not barrel. The alcohol separates a bit at the end and it feels a bit hot for a cooler vintage and the barrel lingers. Only thing that keeps it from being perfect. Wine is still really good.
