a thirsty wine to drink young, at the start of the meal and as an aperitif. 12-13 degrees, to bring out the typical fruitiness of the Gamay grape variety. Beautiful freshness which makes the wine very greedy. Very good with melted cheese dishes, salads, light cuisine, and vegetarian.
