Badia a Coltibuono Vin Santo Del Chianti Classico DOC 2012: Full-bodied. High acidity. High alcohol. Beautiful amber orange in color. Tasting notes of apricot, honey, caramel & raisin. Long sweet finish. Consisting of carefully selected & dried Trebbiano & Malvasia grapes, this vin santo was aged in small oak casks for 8 years, hence producing a delectable & balanced sweet rich taste.
