Superb Chardonnay. Very oaky, so it’s not for everyone - I appreciate the velvety buttery texture. But it’s counteracted by strong grapefruit tartness and a heavy minerality. A very very well made wine. There is a distinct chalkiness to the finish as well.

Very poised and balanced nose. Honey, white flowers, petrol, a hint of burn.
