Fun to try one of Aubert’s more acidic chards with age...still drinking just fine. Gained some darker color. Guava, mango, nectarine on the nose and palate with a limestone type finish.

A little bigger than I would typically seek out but delicious nonetheless. Butterscotch gives way to peaches. Not cloying, but also not much acidity at this point.
