Hell yeah. Real champagne for $20? Sign me up. Good flavor. Paired with lobster poached in butter. Not as good as the really good stuff but I liked it a lot. Will definitely be go-to house champs.

What a wild champagne, like honey-glazed wonton chips. $40 (?!) is too much to spend on a bubbly I wouldn’t mind wasting for mimosas.

It's a price-performance issue: though a true champagne, it compares poorly against a few cremants or proseccos I can think of ... its yeasty with little fruit ...
