Bright and floral with apple blossom, citrus and honeydew melon on the nose. A dry and lively palate with a lemon meringue and more florals that showcase a beautifully crafted Canadian sparkling from the Okanagan. Was lovely paired with some soft cheeses, apples, pears and prosciutto in our charcuterie board.
