On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Elegant. Savory. Gorgeous. Confirming the notes on the nose. This girl be classy and oooh, she got some real hips! Notes of smoke, tar, smells very faintly of pine…..round stewed cherry a teeny bit of fat, which is in contrast to the lace like finish…it’s so gorgeous and the label itself says fcuk you I’m so pretty. and then the content lives up to it while burying any comparative description in an elegant haze of poetry and firelight.
