A nice Cabernet - restrained fruit exhibiting more savory characteristics with chocolate and vanilla notes on the forefront - there’s a hint of green here, but the vegetal character is subtle and adds a nice complexity. Fruit character is there if a red fruit variety, but it takes a back seat here. Good quality for the price.
