Taste testing for Thanksgiving. With a two-hour decant this vibrant and nervy Burgundy will gratifyingly meld with an array of Thanksgiving fare. (And in two to three years with a Boeuf Bourguignon...πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‡«πŸ‡·πŸ˜Ž.) (24 hours in that nervy quality has completely disappeared giving way to tight fruit that was barely discernible before. Positive signs for down the road?)

Leafy stems and cherries... great weight and power and, like other 2015's, it really over delivers.

Red fruits, earth, with tiny hints of smoke on the nose. Good amount of acidity on the palate. Long, slightly minty finish. Great value for the price.

Lots to like in the vintage. Fruit has a bit of a juicy quality to it, but that limestone minerality kicks in and... Oh man! Damn fine for a Bourgogne Rouge!

A very transparent vintage, especially from Antoine. Pure.

Light in color. Some barnyard. Not as good as the 2010 from this producer but for the price a really good Bourgogne.
