Not as bold as most cabs nice stone fruit. Def needs to cool a bit. Might be drinking it at too warm a temp.

Medium to full body. Deep dark ruby red color with aromatic scent. Black cherry, currant lightly vanilla notes with smooth tannin . I paired with smoke salmon and grill veg in EVOO and it was fine. Drink alone or with charcuterie shall be good also
