Fun afternoon at Classic with great company. Glad you could join us Bryan.

Whole cluster goodness! Green Bell Pepper, menthol, new pipe tobacco aromatics. The palate shows spice in the form of peppered strip, spiced plum and underripe blackberries. There is a streak of minerality down the middle. Burgundian like with a touch more fruit. Wonderful expression. Thanks for bringing @Bryan Kesting .

I made the comment that the viscosity of the wine blew me away, and my father rightly pointed out that what I was referring to was surface tension and not viscosity. This is what Thanksgiving is all about.
