Pale ruby; medium plus intensity aromas of cranberry, red cherry, red currant, rose hips, dried rose petals, hibiscus; dry, high acid, low tannins, medium alcohol, light bodied, medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium finish, bright fresh flavors, a bit spritzy upon opening but it dissipated, very good

The definition of a Nikki wine. Earthy dried sour cherry and strawberry, rose petal, violet. Sour funky barnyard. Dried savory herbs, straw, pipe tobacco. Natty prickly acidity, saline/mineral core, delicately textured but insanely flavorful, bright and vivacious. Alive, in fact. Just wow.

Holy smokes dude. This wine is just straight killing it. So funky, fresh, and delish. Gamay and they don’t even know what the hell else. Crazy amount of acid too. Hell yeah.
