The wine I have opened tonight is the 2015 Anne Amie Vineyard Two Estates Pinot Noir. A barrel selection chosen of their two estates, 67% Twelve Oaks and 33% Anne Amie vineyards.

On the nose I am getting black cherry, black raspberry, cinnamon, spice, incense, mint and smokey oak.

On the palate there is black cherry, black plum, cola, clove, backing spice and oak.

The wine is medium bodied with medium + mouthwatering acidity and medium to + grainy tannins that lead to a medium to long dark fruit smokey oak finish. We are headed into another weekend so please be safe and enjoy yourselves with your wine of choice. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Bright fruity cherry grapeade nose with green spring forest leaves and cedar. Earthy soil upfront with ruby bing cherry mid and finishing dominance, almost cherry cola but not quite. I could sip this all night. Congrats, we have a winner!

Starting the bday with some pleasant Oregon Pinot at the pizzeria. Anne Amie is consistently nice.

Great Pinot out of willamette valley. Everything you’d expect from a cab with fruit forward taste, notes of berry and plum with light tannins on the back end. Smooth and pairs well with cheese.

The last if carefully curated pinots gifted by my son. Easier drinking than the others. Full bodied taste.

Elegant and nicely balanced tart red fruit, dark cherry, spice, and American oak. Medium tannin and moderate plus acid with a smokey finish.
